The Souvenir Gold Coast villa comprises of five beautifully appointed bedrooms, The master bedroom of the villa features 180 degree circular glass window overlooking water.  Four bathrooms are available in the house with three being ensuite bathrooms. The Gold Coast villa also offers two very spacious lounge areas catering for different viewing preferences and is equipped with 50" and 42" state of the art wall mounted plasma TV linked to Austar TV stations and Nintendo Wii games. The luxury villa has a  full open plan gourmet kitchen with formal dining and a living area overlooking the sparkling pool onto the waterways of the canals.

Poolside is equipped with gas barbecue and outdoor dining under shade. 23 meters of waterfrontage and a fully equipped pontoon will certainly impress any marine enthusiast arriving in private yacht or jetski. There are bicycles for the whole family to explore the Gold Coast, wireless high speed internet connection and fax and printers which are all at guests' disposal at no extra costs. 

Low Season $ 600 per night - 3 nights minimum stay
Peak Season $ 1250 per night - 5 nights minimum stay (1 Dec - 31 Jan)
